Island Style Snaper Recipe for Red Snapper

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients: 1-lb. red snapper fillets, or other firm white fish fillets
GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
2 tbsp. GOYA® Olive Oil
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp. GOYA Minced Garlic or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 GOYA Fancy Spanish Red Pimiento, sliced
1 tbsp. GOYA Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp. GOYA Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
1 tsp. GOYA Tomato Paste
1/2 cup water
Directions: Season fish with adobo.
In large skillet, heat oil on medium high. Cook fillets about 1 minute on each side. Remove and place on a warm platter.
Stir remaining ingredients into skillet. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Then return fish to skillet. Cover and simmer until fish is cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
